Back in the beginning of October, a very sweet man asked us to photograph his darling two year old daughter as a surprise birthday gift for his wife.
Taylor Bug, as she is affectionately called, is no stranger to the camera. When we arrived, Miss Bug was already wearing the tiara and had a stylist (or babysitter) on hand to help with her outfit and hairstyle changes. Not kidding.
If the show Star Search was still on the air, she could have taken the Future Spokesmodel category. The more props we handed her, the faster she posed.
In fact, we may have over stimulated her. (Lesson learned: There can be too much going on.)
But Miss Bug was not only a trooper, she was a natural.
She allowed us to follow her around her backyard, her sandbox, her little world and paused just long enough for us to capture a few of the most precious details…
…like a Dora band-aid on sweet as pie toddler legs.
